Sense Experiment: A film project where one chooses to emphasize two senses they pick. For me, I implement (hearing and touch) with cultural visuals and characteristics( of Chinese fortune telling) to illustrate how cultural practices and beliefs become part of an individual’s embodied identity in ritualistic ways. In a sense, this is both a critique and a celebration of Chinese collectivism and Fortune telling culture.
